Over a decade ago, I made the move from bustling Las Vegas, NV to the serene beauty of Bend, Oregon. My motivation was simple: I wanted my kiddo to grow up surrounded by the incredible outdoor opportunities and lifestyle that Central Oregon offers, much like I experienced in my own upbringing in a small town. This decision has proven to be immensely rewarding, and I continue to feel incredibly fortunate. In my professional life, I take pride in ensuring that my clients receive the communication and support they need to navigate the loan process seamlessly, from initial pre-approval to the final closing. For me, it's not just about completing a transaction; it's about forging lasting relationships. There's immense satisfaction in helping clients realize their dreams of homeownership or securing their ideal property. I have also broadened my expertise and achieved certification as a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®). My main objective is to support divorced homeowners in making informed decisions regarding their home equity solutions. Furthermore, I work closely with divorce teams to detect any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, mortgage agreements, and real property. When I'm not assisting clients, you'll find me fully immersed in the outdoor wonders of Oregon – skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, and camping. I'm living the dream, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
